He brings expertise in financial management for technology firms operating across multiple East African jurisdictions, and ensures FFTA's fiscal integrity across donor-funded, government, and commercial contracts.

Eric leads FFTA's engineering practice — spanning enterprise infrastructure, software development, AI systems, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity. He architects mission-critical solutions for government, health, and defence clients, overseeing technical delivery across Dell/HP/Lenovo hardware deployments, Fortinet security implementations, and custom platform development. Eric brings hands-on expertise in cloud-native and open-source technologies.

Kelvin leads FFTA's geospatial intelligence practice — integrating ESRI ArcGIS, Planet Labs satellite imagery, QGIS, and drone survey capabilities to deliver spatial analytics for development programs, national security agencies, and climate organizations. His expertise spans GEOINT, remote sensing, LULC analysis, GIS-enabled MERLA, and situational awareness platforms for border and maritime security operations.

Head of Research
Maya leads FFTA's research and knowledge generation function — anchoring the firm's evidence-based advisory work across health, governance, climate, and development sectors. She oversees research design, qualitative and quantitative methods, systematic reviews, and the integration of research outputs into FFTA's MERLA and Impact Intelligence platforms. Maya brings experience working with UN agencies, bilateral donors, and academic institutions.

Abel provides economic advisory across FFTA's climate finance, development, and governance engagements — offering analysis on fiscal policy, investment frameworks, climate economics, and development finance. Abel brings deep expertise in East African economic policy and international development finance architecture.
